"Seriously fast help when I needed it"
I had an issue logging in, and support got back to me way faster than I was expecting. Like, I’m 100% convinced they handled it as quickly as humanly possible. They fixed the problem without making me repeat the same details over and over, which I really appreciated. it went about as smoothly as it possibly could have

Doctor on Demand worked fine overall, but am I missing something, or is the provider selection kind of limited? When I checked, there were only a few options available, and I really wished I could filter more or see more details before choosing someone. The doctor I ended up with was totally fine, so it’s not like I had a bad visit. It just felt a little more limited than I expected...

"Really easy to find my records"
I needed my visit notes and test results for another doctor, and it was easy to find everything in my account. You don’t have to call anyone or sit around waiting for days, which was a relief. It’s nice when the stuff you need is just there.

"Pharmacy coordination was slow"
The pharmacy coordination took longer than I expected, and it was frustrating having to wait around without much of a clear update. I also kept getting those canned apology responses, which didn’t help much. I’d rather get an actual explanation or timeline than another generic “sorry for the inconvenience.”

"Insurance Was WAY More Confusing Than I Expected"
The doctor was totally fine and the visit itself went okay, but my insurance didn’t work the way I thought it would. I ended up having to pay more than I expected, which was annoying. Not a terrible experience overall, just one of those frustrating insurance surprises that makes you go, REALLY?

I found the app easy to use overall. Booking was straightforward, and the video call worked fine for me. It did load slowly once, although maybe that was just my connection, I’m not totally sure. It also took me a minute to figure out where the messages were, but once I found them it was fine. Overall, I’d say it’s a good app, just with a couple small things that could be smoother

My therapist was really nice, and some of the sessions did help. That said, I sometimes felt like things were a little rushed, though maybe that was just me expecting more time to dig into stuff. The app worked fine overall, but I kept wondering if the whole setup was the best fit for me. It wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of mixed.

I’ve used Doctor On Demand a few times now, mostly when I couldn’t get in to see anyone nearby, and honestly... it’s been helpful in those moments.
The video call part is a little inconsistent though. Sometimes it connects quickly and everything is clear, but other times it freezes or the audio gets weird. I even had to leave and rejoin once, which was annoying.
The doctors I’ve talked to were fine, and the app itself is simple enough to use. For the price though, I do wish the video was more dependable... not a bad service, just not as smooth as I’d like

Was a bit worried after cancelling, but support got my refund sorted quickly. Took a couple days to show up on my card, but they did exactly what they said they would. No drama, happy with how it was handled.

The doctor figured out what was going on quickly, and because the diagnosis was right, the treatment started helping after a few days. The only downside was that the appointment felt a little rushed, but overall I had a good experience.

The doctor actually listened to what I was saying, explained what was going on in a way that made sense, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. The plan we talked through felt reasonable, and I left knowing exactly what the follow-up would be. it was just a really solid visit...

The doctor was nice and came across as Professional, but the appointment did feel a little rushed. I got the basic answers I needed, just not a whole lot of extra explanation. It wasn’t a bad visit at all, just kind of Average compared to what I was expecting...

doctor on Demand has been fine for me overall, but the appointment times are kind of unpredictable. Sometimes I can talk to someone quickly, and other times the next opening is much later than I need. It’s still helpful if you’re not in a rush, but I really wish they had more same-day options.

"Easy and convenient when I needed it"
